We offer FREE support services for women and their children experiencing domestic and family violence.

Support with court & ADVOs

We support women and their children to navigate the criminal justice system and gain protection through the courts. We can:

  • advise you about Apprehended Domestic Violence Orders (ADVOs) & court processes
  • speak to police & court staff for you
  • represent you at court
  • connect you with services you need.

We run two Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Services:

Caseworkers to support your broader needs

Our caseworkers can support you to plan for your safety and the safety of your children.

Bankstown Domestic Violence Service provides support to women in Bankstown who have experienced abuse from an intimate partner, whether or not you have left the relationship.

The Staying Home Leaving Violence service supports women who have left an abusive relationship, to protect yourself from further abuse and pursue your long-term goals. Available in Liverpool, Fairfield, Canterbury-Bankstown and Burwood.

Financial counselling & support with debt

For women who have experienced domestic and family violence, we can support you to:

  • manage or clear unfair debt
  • manage outstanding fines, bills or rent
  • budget and plan for your financial goals
