How to refer a client

We have a wide range of free services that can support clients in different areas of Sydney. This page explains how to make referrals to each service.

You can also call at the following times to let us know you need legal assistance. A lawyer will then aim to call you back within 10 working days.

People living in South West Sydney who may otherwise have difficulty accessing legal support.

Women and their children who are experiencing domestic and family violence and are going through ADVO proceedings. Trans women, sistergirls and non-binary people are all eligible for this service.

Location

Available to women whose ADVO matter is to be heard at the Downing Centre, Newtown or Waverley local courts.

This service is available for women who have experienced abuse from an intimate partner. Trans women, sistergirls and non-binary people are all eligible for this service.

Location

It is available in Liverpool, Fairfield, Canterbury-Bankstown and Burwood local government areas.

  • Speaking with creditors to waive unfair debts
  • Making plans to manage outstanding fines, overdue bills or unpaid rent
  • Budgeting and planning for financial goals.
